C-Band Digital Innovations Inc. was incorporated in 2024 and is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We build software products and operate them ourselves. Our flagship platform, C-Band MailBox, handles digital mail across Canada today.
What We Build
Software that has to work on a Tuesday afternoon when someone in another country needs to know what is in their mail.
C-Band MailBox is a two-sided platform. On one side, people who need a Canadian address get their mail scanned, forwarded, stored or shredded without going anywhere. On the other, the print shops and shipping stores that physically hold that mail get the software to run the service, set their own prices and get paid. We build and operate the platform both sides depend on, including the AI that reads scanned documents and summarizes them.

Everything we claim to know, we learned by running it ourselves. Payments, mail handling, operator payouts, tax, AI inference cost: we carry all of it in production before we recommend anything to anyone else.
We would rather be checkable than impressive
You will not find customer counts, uptime percentages or compliance badges on this site, because we are not in a position to prove them yet. What is here is what we can back up on request.
Built for Canada, from Canada
Canadian addresses, Canadian tax, French and English side by side. These are not localization tasks we bolted on at the end. They shaped the product from the first version.

Our Story
How We Got Here
C-Band Digital Innovations was founded by Caner Duzenli on a narrow observation rather than a grand thesis. Getting mail in Canada assumes you are standing next to your mailbox. If you move, travel, run a company remotely or live outside the country, that assumption quietly costs you: missed deadlines, missed government notices, a bank account you cannot open.
The businesses that could solve it already existed. Print shops, shipping stores and coworking spaces have counter space and mail licences, and most were running the service on paper, phone calls and goodwill. The gap was not demand or supply. It was software.
So we built it. C-Band MailBox launched as a two-sided platform and now runs on the web and as an iOS app, in four languages, with operators across the country setting their own plans and prices on top of it.
AI entered the product the same way, from a real problem rather than a trend. A scan proves mail arrived but not whether it matters, so we put a vision model behind it that reads the document and says what it is, what it wants and by when. We chose the model, wrote the prompt and pay for every call it makes. That work is documented in detail on the AI page.
We are still 6 people, still bootstrapped, and still funding the work by shipping it. C-Band Digital Innovations was accepted into NVIDIA Inception in 2026.
